A retired Naval Officer, Richard Ficarelli, PE, has served around the globe with the Seabees/Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Since joining the private sector, Richard worked for one of the top project/construction management consulting firms, Jacobs, and for Tesla as the Senior Manager for the Commercial Energy division of the Americas. He started RLM Government Services, LLC in 2018.
